The djm1000 contains many features never previously available to the club dj - it’s unsurpassed sound quality is generated by transmitting analog signals via the shortest possible path, converting them to digital through the use of an in-built 24 bit/96khz a/d convertor, leaving your ears in aural heaven. With 32 bit digital signal processing (dsp) there is absolutely no degradation in sound, and a high-rigidity chassis eliminates any problems with vibrations making it perfect for installations. But that’s not all!.

There’s not a one but a two system, 3-type send & return to allow multiple connection options for external effects units which is truly original. During actual mixes there is a 17 step fader curve control on both the cross and the line faders (with an optional rotary set-up available too), a digital in and out connection for high quality of recording in studio or live situations, plus a midi out terminal for externally controlling connected midi devices for some real fun!. As you would expect with pioneer, fader start is possible on all 6 channels and the eq controls operate between -26 to +6 db on each band. Pioneer have spent a lot of serious time & effort on their new flagship model knowing that the more adventurous dj is always looking for the next step in mixing advancement, and with it’s compatibility with the new efx1000 (mr140189) and their new range of dvjx1 dvd players, this seems to set the benchmark once again for the multi-channel club mixer market.
